As a board member at large, you play a vital role in the governance and decision-making processes of the organization, providing a valuable perspective and contributing to its overall success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Decision Making: Participate in board discussions and decision-making processes, considering the best interests of the organization and its stakeholders.

  2. Committees and Working Groups: Serve on board committees or working groups as needed, bringing your expertise and insights to specific areas of the organization's work.

  3. Fundraising and Resource Development: Actively participate in fundraising efforts, leveraging your network and expertise to help secure funding and resources for the organization.

  4. Time Commitment: Dedicate 5-15 hours per month to board-related activities, including attending board meetings, preparing for meetings, participating in committee work, and fulfilling other board responsibilities.

  5. Ethical Conduct: Uphold high ethical standards and act in the best interest of the organization.

Commitment of 5-15 hours per month.
